In business since her late twenties, Sophie knows first-hand the challenges and complexities of building a business.
In 2000, she founded Cohesion Coaching with the goal of helping entrepreneurs, professionals and solopreneurs navigate the challenges of the entrepreneurial journey and maintain their motivation to "stay in the game" through specialized coaching and customized strategic planning.
She is a graduate of the advanced program at CoachU (Coach University) in Colorado, a world leader in coaching education, and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Ottawa.
Eager to help her clients ground themselves in their strengths, she became certified as a CPBA (Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst) and CPVA (Certified Professional Values Analyst). She deepens her knowledge of business coaching through certification with Successful Professionals and Coachville's School of Small Business Coaching.
Winner of the Businesswoman of the Year Award from the Outaouais Business Women's and Professional Network (RÉFAP) - now merged with the Gatineau Chamber of Commerce - she is one of the youngest businesswomen to have won this award.
She was a weekly radio columnist on CIMF - Rock Detente (now Rouge FM) and served on the investment committee and on the Board of directors of the Local Business Development Fund in Gatineau and United Way.
She is the co-founder with Sebastien Harvey, of the French podcast Les Capteurs which focuses on entrepreneurship, productivity and mindset.

Called to the Quebec Bar in 1995, Sebastien Harvey has been helping professionals and entrepreneurs with their business projects for over 26 years.
He rose through the ranks of a traditional private law firm - from dedicated employee to key team member to name partner - and in 2018 launched his own firm to offer clients a more collaborative, human approach focused on business growth and ensuring responsible management of legal needs and costs.
With a wealth of experience and a strong passion for innovation, Sebastien rebuilt the firm from the ground up on lean business principles, maximizing technology and optimizing work practices to reduce project turnaround times.
Recognized for his interpersonal skills, his ability to listen, and his ability to simplify legal complexities, he has become a natural confidant to his clients over the years.
Noticing the often difficult nature of his clients' decisions, he decided in 2021 to complete a coaching certification at CoachU (Coach University), founded by coaching pioneer Thomas Leonard, to improve the depth and quality of his support and guidance.
Today, the structured thinking he acquired as a lawyer, combined with his coaching skills, enables him to deepen and enrich his interactions with clients, helping them to make thoughtful, enlightened decisions that align with their values and long-term vision.
He shares his knowledge on entrepreneurship, productivity and his deep fascination with the brain on the podcast Les Capteurs, which he hosts with co-founder Sophie Tremblay.
